FACOST (Filipino American Council of South Texas) and PACC (Philippine American Chamber of Commerce) joined forces to coordinate the Los Angeles Philippine Consulate Outreach Program for Houston, TX for March 12th & 13th, followed by the Dallas Outreach on March 15th & 16th.
Approximately 1,650 applications for passport renewal, dual cizitenship and other consular services were received for the 2-day outreach from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. For the complete list of appointment schedule, please go to the website:Â

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts of 4 hours each to make it more convenient for everyone. If you can volunteer for the whole day, please let us know. The shifts are:

c)Â Â Â 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Dear Friends,
We are pleased to celebrate with you the long-awaited passing of the Filipino World War II Veterans legislation (as part of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act 2009) by the U.S. Congress - a major victory for Filipino WWII veterans. Our thanks to all of you who kept vigil with us and supported our veterans’ cause. FINAL UPDATE ON THE CONSULAR OUTREACH TO TEXAS:
A total of 1500 applicants for passport renewals and dual citizenship have been received for Houston, and Houston is no longer accepting applications.
